Northglow is an online store selling decorative LED Christmas wall lights, including our Santa's Sleigh Wall Lights.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts linked to fraud or misuse.

5. PRODUCTS
We do our best to show our products accurately. Images and videos are for illustration; actual size, colour, and light brightness may vary slightly depending on your space, wall, and screen. Please check the product dimensions on the product page before ordering.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is due in full at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your card provider. We may decline or cancel any order, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

7. SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please provide an accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect installation is not covered.

9. PRODUCT SAFETY & USE
Our LED wall lights are designed for indoor decorative use. Please follow any instructions included with your order, keep small parts and batteries away from young children and pets, and do not use damaged items.

10. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

All content on this website, including the Northglow name, logo, images, videos, and text, belongs to Northglow and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
